Integrating already downloaded blockchain

I have the blockchain downloaded from another project, have it backed up. I had it on the hard drive but it was deleted, I can recover from my NAS but want to know how to go about this so I can get the blockchain on there so I don't spend a week downloading something I have.

Also how do I access the PI via SSH now?

I've just started with Citadel a few days ago. This is what did when migrating from a Windows Bitcoin node.
CAVEAT EMPTOR: I'm new to this. This worked for me. I was not migrating or reusing a wallet.

SSH to the citadel node
Stopped bitcoin.d on citadel node but running, "bitcoin-cli stop"
use WINSCP to connect to the Citadel node using citadel@<IP address>
Copied contents of windows block directory to "/home/citadel/citadel/bitcoin/blocks"
Copied contents of windows index directory to "/home/citadel/citadel/bitcoin/index"
Rebooted the citadel node
